George T. Stagg
(15 Year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey)
An extremely hearty whiskey. Stagg comes straight out of the barrel, uncut and unfiltered.
Powerful and intense; add a few drops of mineral water, sit back and ponder the
wonders of the universe.

Sazerac Rye 18-Year-Old
(90 proof, Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey)
Malt Advocate rating: 95
Amber chestnut color. Huge, spicy aroma. Very mature, with notes of oak, leather,
and molasses. Enormous in every respect, from its thick, chewy texture to its unbelievably
spicy and very powerful flavors. The long, warm finish is preceded by notes of mint,
eucalyptus, cinnamon, vanilla, molasses, oak, leather, and lingering pepper.
"This is an amazing, truly unique whiskey. There is no rye whiskey on the market
that is as old or perfectly balanced as this one. For all who can't get enough flavors
and intensity in your whiskey, your search has ended."

Eagle Rare 17-Year-Old
(90 Proof, "Rye Recipe" Kentucky Straight Bourbon)
Wine Enthusiast rating: 96
This deep, burnished-gold whiskey has a somewhat fragrant nose, and the aromas develop
an almost wine-like character, with a hint of almonds lurking in the backdrop.
The body is big and silky, and the palate is far spicier than the nose leads you
to believe, but there are also violet notes here, along with a touch of caramel
and a hint of old leather.
The finish is very leathery, and very long.
This whiskey earned a great rating, but lovers of previous bottlings of Eagle Rare
should know that this seems to bear a completely different style---it’s far greater
than either the 10-or 15-year old.

Uncut & Unfiltered
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The initial nose impact is full of cotton candy and black walnuts. It develops into
luscious dried fruit sweetness that is in perfect harmony with soft vanilla, powdered
sugar and cinnamon spices. Upon sipping it starts with a smooth full mouth feel
and as it drifts back on the palate -BOOM- an explosion of big bourbon flavors.
Oak, smoky sweetness and candied fruit dance across your tongue. This quaff is not
without heat as it warms the senses without flame. It's a hearty drink, but the
finish is very fresh and invigorating. It takes a back seat to none.

Uncut & Unfiltered
Straight Rye Whiskey
This whiskey is named after the New Orleans bartender who first used rye whiskey
to make the Sazerac Cocktail. It's bottled directly from the barrel, just as it
was over a century ago. It's full of rich flavors like candied fruit and allspice.
